At Anas Watches, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a 7 Days Refund or Exchange policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund/Exchange

  • We will gladly accept any undamaged and unscratched watches within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • Note: Unwrapped or used watches will not be accepted, except in cases of valid reasons (e.g., manufacturing defects).

  • The customer will be responsible for returning the parcel via any courier service at their own expense.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests will be processed within 2–3 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item(s)

1. Repack the Parcel
Ensure that the item is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit. Damaged items will not be accepted.
Include the following information inside the parcel:

  • Your name used when placing the order

  • Your phone number

  • Order details such as order number and reason for return/exchange

2. Ship to Our Address
Return the parcel via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at your own expense to the following address:

Processing Your Refund/Exchange
Once we receive your parcel, our representative will contact you for confirmation. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 2–3 working days after verification.

Important: Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition. Failure to meet the return policy requirements may result in the request being declined.
